About Me: With 24 years in dentistry, I’ve worked my way from assistant to office manager, driven by a love for helping people feel at ease. My background in customer service taught me the value of a warm, welcoming experience, something I strive to bring to every patient, every day.
What I love About Working Here: No one loves going to the dentist, but we try to change that. Dr. Gearin & our team, we build real relationships with our patients and work together to make every visit as comfortable and friendly as possible
Outside the office: When I’m off the clock, I’m already plotting my next escape. People often ask, “Where’s Melissa off to this time?” I love diving into new adventures, enjoying live music, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Fun fact: Sayreville, NJ born & raised, hometown of Jon Bon Jovi. I’ve been to 100+ concerts, from garage bands to Taylor Swift stadium shows. If there’s music and a crowd, you’ll probably find me there.
